The best Joan alternatives
Joan alternatives are worth a look when hardware cost or e-ink limits get in the way. Joan makes polished battery-powered displays, but each room needs a device from €349 on top of the subscription. These options run on tablets you choose or on other panels.
Why teams look for a Joan alternative
- Hardware cost: Joan displays cost €349 to €1,198 per room before software.
- Colour and touch: e-ink is readable but slow for booking and schedules.
- Calendars: Joan connects iCalendar feeds read-only, without on-the-spot booking.
- Control: Joan is cloud only, with no self-hosted edition.
