Microsoft 365

Room displays built for Microsoft 365

Connect Spacepad to your Exchange Online room resources in minutes. Real-time availability, booking on display, and check-in, with no complex IT setup.

Deep Microsoft 365 integration

Spacepad works with your existing M365 infrastructure. No new software to manage, no vendor lock-in.

OAuth via Azure AD

Authorize Spacepad once with your M365 admin account. Uses standard Microsoft Graph permissions, no custom connectors or app registrations needed.

Exchange Online room resources

Connect directly to your existing Exchange room mailboxes. Spacepad reads booking data in real-time via webhook-based push updates.

Instant sync

Calendar changes appear on displays within seconds, not minutes. Powered by Microsoft Graph webhooks for real-time push notifications.

Booking on display

Employees can book rooms directly from the tablet. Bookings sync back to Exchange Online and appear in Outlook, Teams, and any M365 calendar client.

Check-in & auto-release

Require attendees to check in. If nobody checks in within your configured grace period, the room is automatically released, freeing it for others.

Read-only by default

Spacepad only requests write access if you enable booking or check-in. Basic display mode uses read-only calendar access. Minimal permissions, maximum privacy.
