Logitech Room Booking (formerly Meetio) runs on Logitech's own Tap Scheduler panel. Spacepad runs on any iPad or Android tablet, at a fraction of the cost per room.
Tap Scheduler is a well-built panel that fits naturally into a Logitech video room, and Logitech Room Booking (which Meetio customers moved to) is included in its room licences. The catch is the hardware: Room Booking runs only on Tap Scheduler, at $999 per panel. Spacepad gives you the same booking, check-in and release on a tablet you choose.
