Clear information at a glance
Every display shows the right information for the right moment. Visible instantly, configurable per room.
Color-coded room status
Green when available, red when reserved, amber when a check-in is required. Visible at a glance from across the corridor.
Customizable state labels
Change "Available" to "All yours!" or "Reserved" to "In a meeting". Every label is configurable per display.
Privacy controls
Choose whether to show the meeting title, organizer name, or both. Or hide all details and just show the status color.
Time at a glance
Shows time remaining in the current meeting and time until the next meeting, so people can decide in seconds.
Schedule view
Show all of today's meetings in four modes: disabled, side panel, inline timeline, or a full-day modal overlay.
Room name & clock
