Self-hosted room booking displays
Spacepad is a self-hosted room booking display you run on your own infrastructure with Docker. All data stays on servers you control, and tablets show live room status from your own instance.
What you need
Self-hosting is aimed at IT teams that are comfortable running a Docker service.
- A server with Docker. The included setup uses Traefik as reverse proxy; others work with some configuration.
- A domain with HTTPS. For Microsoft 365 the server must be reachable over HTTPS from the internet, for Microsoft's webhooks.
- An app registration for Microsoft 365 and/or OAuth credentials for Google, or a CalDAV server.
- An SMTP server for magic-link login, or sign in with Microsoft or Google instead.
- The Spacepad app on iPad or Android tablets, pointed at your own server.
- A Pro licence key when you run more than one display.
